To register for the workshop, please complete this form. Please note there is a registration fee of £45 (to be paid by August 29th 2014).

Please make cheques of either £45 or £70, (the extra £25 is for the conference dinner on the Thursday evening) payable to "Cardiff University". If you do wish to attend the conference dinner (which we very much hope that you will) then please can you indicate if you have any special dietary requirements such as vegetarian etc. Please also write on the back of the cheque Ref: The Huxley Meeting.
